I know this question has been asked a few times I've searched everything but no one seems to have the exact same issue. The car is a 95 gsx with a 6 bolt swap I do have the magnus harness hooked up properly and everything. I've tested the cam angle sensor and it is getting the proper voltage according to testing 12v on pin 3 and about 4.9v to pin 1. I manually turned the CAS to see if the injectors would pulse nothing. I put a voltage meter on all 8 pins of the injector harnesses and came up with 11.3 on all 8 using battery negative for a ground source. I have tested two coilpacks for the spark issue same result and I do have the plugs inverted to the 3214 on the coilpack. Trying to get ideas of where to go from here I'm used to 1g stuff but the 2g is a whole different monster. Theres a 1g water neck on it which only the bottom sensor has a plug for on the 2g could this be an issue I know coolant sensors are always an overlooked gremlin or should I be looking more towards CAS and ecu and what are some choices to test both for sure.

I am getting fuel to the rail and its showing up as 43 lbs on my afpr gauge forgot to mention that.

I don't know 2g's but First would be try a Known working CAS(if possible). You are getting power into the CAS but it might not be sending signal out.

what year 6 bolt are you using? do you have the proper power transistor? is it plugged in? are your coil packs good? when you hold a wire from cylinder 1 against the chassis do you get a spark? and what color?

Replace the CAS and it will most likely fix the problem.

Because you have fuel pressure and voltage output by the ECU, I would suspect a bum CAS. Do you have an extra CAS to try? You can plug it in without mounting it and turn it by hand with the key on. You should be able to see spark (test for spark normally) and hear the injectors pulse. It is a benefit to turn it by hand because you can hear all of this instead of having the engine noise drown it out. Don't do it too much, though, because every time your injectors pulse they are putting fuel into the intake runner.

This may be a dumb question, but you are using a '91 and up CAS (the one without the pigtail), right? I may have another good one lying around I can send you to help troubleshoot your problem.

You could just test it with a DVOM or an ossiliscope. It should make two seperate square wave patterns.

Check to see if the magnet is still on and not broken on the Cam Angle Sensor and on the Crank Angle Sensor. Also I had the same issue with my transister pack on the firewall. I forgot to plug mine in.
