No spark, Can my different year wiring harness-ECU be the reason?

Okay so I have a 97 Gst shell with a 97 Gst wiring harness, but a 7 bolt from a 95 Gst with the 95 Gst ecu. I did the swap and I'm not getting spark. There's fuel it turns over but no spark. The coil pack that's on there now is from a 96 Gsx cause the oem coil pack was bad.
Question 1: the coil packs on a stock 97 Gst, does it take 1 connector or 2?
Question 2: is the wiring harness to the ecu different from a 95 Gst compared to a 97 Gst?
Which could possibly not be giving me spark ?

Not sure on coil pack differences, but the fireing order changed there at some point, as did the cam/crank sensors. Ill have to get on the comp somertime to be able to post better info.

95 harness has a different mpi relay than a 97 for sure, but no other serious issue. Possbily injector order differences, possibly not.

We did the cam position sensor change, re-wired it. The firing order did change? We were checking it out online and I believe it said it was 4-1-2-3. And will the mpi relay have an effect of not causing no spark?
