no smoke added to engine oil

whats up everyone i added some no smoke to my car, before under boost it would smoke white, now with the no smoke car does not smoke at all anybody think it could be the rings going bad??

Probably,I would never put that shit in my car.I would rather have it smoke like hell.That stuff looks like syrup.

And if it's an oil pressure (to high) problem pushing oil past the seals in the turbo, that syrup could be "hiding" that untill it can no longer take the pressure. i would say change your oil and NOT put it back in(the syrup) and drive it a few days to see if it comes back which would tell you that it most likely is the rings.

Just do a compression test,if you have lower numbers take a cap or so full of oil and dump it down that sparkplug hole.Wait a minute and then retest that cylinder.If the compression goes up then it rings.

You put a bandaid on a bullet hole.

While you're doing your compression test and leakdown test, check the turbo for shaft play.

well the turbo has 1k miles on it, just installed in october, does have minor shaft play but not major
