No power to the windshield wiper blades

My front and back windshield blades (I'm from PR so I don't know if it's the correct name) does not function.
My in dash fuse box cover is gone I don't have it can some one help me?

Your best bet is to just check all of the fuses incase another fuse is blown. If there all good check the wires.
