No output from diagnostic port (OBD2)

I just installed DSMLINK and when doing so cut some wires under the dash that went to a aftermarket alarm to clean it up. Well when I did that I lost the interior lights, memory radio power, keyless entry. I reconnected the wires and checked the fuses but still nothing. I checked in the shop manual but really could'nt find anything on how to check the signal to the OBD port. I'm thinking I blew out a fusable link but can't find it. Anyone please help. Car runs but like ass, need to tune bad.

Ok, got the interior lights, radio, door locks to work again. blown fuse in the engine compartment(IOD fuse). still no hook up with DSMLINK

Check engine light comes on for a brief second when on the throttle.
God somebody help me.

Make sure OBD pin 16 has power: http://www.gendan.co.uk/diagnostic/connectors.shtml

Ok after I verified that I had power on pin16 I re-installed the software for the USB to Serial port adapter and it finally worked. Lots of thanks to Luv2 and Tom on DSMLINK.
