No knock but o2 trim still shows lean all the time! WTF?

Ok, I have tuned for no knock what so ever and my car is running strong but my o2 trim is normaly cycling around 150% on low throtle only give or take a few. Why is this? I have richened low throtle up rediculessly and it reduces the 02 trim a little but it is never at 100%. Some people have told me just to tune for no knock but will I be running lean like this? High throtle is not a problem. When If I richen it up the knock comes back. It runs extremly good now just woried about the o2 trims. Also I think my isc could be bad and my pcv valve leaks under boost but, I dought this would matter?

I already did boost leak tests and it sounds like it is leaking through the tps even though I replaced both tb shaft seals and tb gaskits and biss o ring and it still leaks. I elimnated my coolant lines to the tb and didn't block off the fiav. Could that be the problem? Although I hooked them back up and it didn't seem to help. It idles funny like it dont usally surge, it just acts like it cant find the right idle either too low or too high. o2 cycles normaly. I have taken my tb apart over a dozen times and cant fix the leak. I made shure everything was exact acording to the vfaq.com. I dont have access to a leak tester anymore. I will try to get one tomarrow.

You will need to find a throttle body that does not leak. Once you do I can almost guarantee that you will have no more issues.

why not Just change your low throttle till your trim gets closer to 100 ??

I tried richening it up and the car will backfire and blow black smoke out and o2 trim will shoot up to like 167% at only part throtle and I get more knock when I richen it up. Low ftrim is above 100% like at 133%. Wouldn't I be getting knock if I was truly 167% lean?

The problem you have is right in front of you. Fix the throttle body and your issues will dissappear.

Thanks man for the advise. Does anybody make a 70mm or 75mm bolt on for our cars? I want to buy a new one just dont see the point in paying $250 and higher for a stock one. I know that the BBK for the 4.6 stang will bolt on but anybody know of a better one? I don't think it would work wthout idle problems or a cel?

Ok, than if mine was rebuilt why does it still leak? What am I doing differently from you? Which tb shaft seals did you use?

I used generic o rings from autozone. Use a big gob of grease on the rings.

I used the napa ones that replace the metal ring entirely. You think I should try the old style seal? I will pack a s### ton of grease in it first and then try it.
