No juice in wire to Idle Switch

Does anyone know what fuse controls this wire? With no juice coming to the wire on the idle switch, the ECU is unable to control the idle when the lights, fan or air come on.

I just replaced the ISC, but still getting surge because no juice to the idle switch. Anyone have some advise?

I don't believe ther is any fuse between the IPS and the ECU. With the connector disconnected and the ECU powered up I get close to battery voltage using a good DVM. Once you put the connector on you should see zero volts potential as long as the switch is closed, open the throttle a little and it should bounce back up to battery potential. There won't be enough current in the circuit to light anything it just grounds a transistor switch when the throttle plate is closed, the ECU then controls the ISC based on the IPS and other sensors like the PS and AC switches.

If you don't see any voltage potential with the switch open or at the disconnected wire then either the wire is broken somewhere or the ECU has problems.
