I currently have no injector pulse on Cyl 3 and 4. Believe it or not, the car will actually run and idle on only two cylinders. I swapped the injectors around moved 1 and 2 to 3 and 4 and no change, still no pulse on 3 and 4.

I tested resistance across the Injector Driver (silver box on firewall) and it has tested out OK and within specified range.

I do have ECMLink V3 and I have not thrown any codes. I do however have a engine from a 1995, and my ECM is from a 97, and have checked the box for inverted CAS. I also just sent this ECU to ECMLink to have it converted to EPROM less than a month ago.

Any help is appreciated.

Did u disconnect any wires recently? I had a similar experience and I found out that there are 2 connectors that can be swapped which causes this fault. Sorry I don't remember specifically which one. I think one of them goes to the throttle body and the other to the firewall. Double check those connections.
Good luck.

yes the car was swapped to AWD from FWD. I will check all connections again. Do the wires come from the injector area?

The wires are at the back, between intake and firewall. Pretty sure one of them goes to the throttle body. The other might be the resister pack. I think they are the only connectors that can be swapped

Thanks for the info. I will check that out when I get home today, and post up some results later.

@MJcanada
When I connected these wires wrong on my car, I thought for sure I must have toasted my ecu. Same symptoms OP is describing. I was really glad it was a simple/cheap fix. Hoping the same for the OP

I wanted to post the final fix on this. First of all: EVERYWHERE on the internet is wrong about this, including here and ECMLink Wiki, so I wanted to add some clarification for everyone in the future.

If you have a 1997-1998 ECU and are using an engine from a 95-96 with the CAS behind the cam gear, the procedure is as follows:

Firing Order 2341, and DO NOT check the "invert CAS" Box in ECMLink.

Once I fixed this, everything is working as normal now.

Following instructions from ECMLink, I had the "alternate" firing order AND I had checked the "invert CAS" box. This was causing it not to read the CAS properly and causing no injector pulse on cyl 3 and cyl 4
