Need help guys. Im workin on a 93 1.8 4g37 eclipse. Car doesnt have much power at all and doesnt run right. Come to find out while the car is running i pulled each injector clips off 1 at a time. Sure enough cylinder 2 when i pull the injector clip motor didnt try and die out as it should. What would cause the injector to not get any pulse?

Things i have tried

Checked for spark everything good

Switch out injector with known good still no difference

While cars running listen to each injector with stethoscope to here injector pause and all have pulse except cylinder number 2
checked compression and came up with 150

Anyone have any other ideas that would be helpfull to get this car running back on all 4 cylinders?

Only other thing i could think of would be the ecu or a bad wire somewere to that injector clip harness.
