I currently have a dual manual boost controller from Dejon (the one that has an in cabin switch to go from LO to HI). With the stock turbo I had a vac line coming off of that into the compressor discharge (little nozzle). I just installed the Big 16G turbo and it does not have that little nozzle to hook up the boost controller to. So What do I do with it? I'm very confused now! Any help would be appriciated I was unable to find anything about this in search. Thanks in advance.

Nice pics ^^^ That is a great way to do it. :thumb:
Also, I want to appologize for recommending tapping into the FPR line as I did not fully understand the vent on the mbc. I have never hooked it up that way on mine, but I thought I had heard of others on here doing it with success, but I was wrong. Thank you for clarifying this PrOjEcTGS with your quote "If you have a vent in the system feeding the FPR you have a boost leak in that line and your FPR will not see as much pressure. Therefore, your fuel pressure will not rise to the proper pressure as it normally would."

Ok first of all thank you all for all the help...good solid information here. Next thing

pboglio: If you look that is the same place I was going to tap into although it didn't go all the way through...did you drill the previous threads all the way through?
I'm just scared to drill anything on the turbo I don't feel comfortable doing it that way, although the J pipe idea looks to be alright

so I will drill a hole in the J pipe (I can do that while everything is installed also, I really don't want to pull it all apart again) Tap it and I would probably get about 1 and a 1/2 threads out of that thin of metal and then use JB weld instead of teflon pretty much (I don't like using JB but hey its better than drilling a brand new turbo). So I'm going to try that I will take pics and let you all know how it goes...The hold turbo install for that matter I just got oil and coolant back in it ALMOST DONE YAY!

I'd recommend do the j-pipe first the way its been illustrated by PrOjEcTGS. Its way easier and gonna be nearly impossible to mess up. I personally took my old T28 j-pipe to my welder and had a proper steel bung welded in place making it a slick looking install but the jbweld is much easier to do.

GOT IT! Here are some pics if anyone is debating doing it this way...it was pretty easy as they said it would be

Well I fired it up last night and it dumped every last big of oil out of the oil feed line into the top of the turbo GRRRR. So I have to get a new fitting hopefully thats the only problem I have. Thanks again for all the help guys

You know, this "almost" happened to me. I bought a T25/T28 feedline by accident instead of a TD05H feedline. It screws in, but the thread pitch is wrong and its a compression fitting only. Caught that mistake and pulled out my reliable 1g hard feed line with the banjo fitting.

Well I tried a couple different ones today...still leaking. The only way to go is either having the rubber o ring or using the banjo fitting like you said. I am not having any luck finding a banjo bolt that fits so I got a rubber o ring I'm hoping that works...I will get it in there tonight and let you know.

I did learn one thing today though...talk to the guy at the race shop and he explained he has had 3 trubos gaskets go by using a #4 oil feed line because the mitsubishi's pump out so much oil...so hopefully someone will read this some day before installing the 16g the way the instructions say (use 4) and use a #3 stainless braided line instead.

Well I got the Banjo fitting on and its holding...got the new intercooler coupling on and its all holding...Gotta put the driver seat back in and I'm off! Oh and I had to replace a water line I accidently cut when cutting off the lower heat sheild!
