Welp, I'm on the verge of selling my precious dsm. I just spent 500 bucks fixing a messed up clutch and the same thing happened again. What's happening is that out of the blue, my clutch will get really sticky. Then without a period of about 10 shifts, there is no clutch pressure at all, and the pedal won't even come back up. I ended up driving through downtown indy with no clutch at all!!! Luckily I didn't have to stop and I just speed shifted it. Does anybody have an idea of what would cause my clutch to go out like that? The only previous signs of this happening was the clutch catching a little bit early when letting it out. Like when pushing the pedal in, and letting it back out to catch, it would catch wayy earlier than normal. Other than that, there weren't any other symptoms.
Anybody please help, I would really appreciate some feedback from you experts too.
Thanks

It allows more fluid to get into the hydrolic system. do it a few times untill you have good pressure but you should look into getting a new master cylinder. I have taken mine apart and there is a valve that when it works correctly alows the fluid to leak into the system when the pedal is up so it will never (loose pressure) or go out of adjustment. Every time i get in my car i have to do this
I will be getting a master cylinder when the weather around here is like above -10
. Hope that helps.
