So i got all my boost leaks fixed today and was running it kinda hard. Then all of a sudden it lost power in 3rd gear. Coasted and gave it some gas and it built boost? Pulled it into the garage popped the hood and noticed that the uicp was sucking in WTF . I checked and there are no boost leaks. Everything is fine. Turbo still spins freely. Im totally lost on what could of happened

Is it bad to drive it like an NA car with the intake right onto the throttle body till i figure out this bizzzare problem?

You can drive like that for a while. Just make sure you have another filter on the turbo so it doesn't suck something up.

It's starting to sound like the only thing you can do is take all the intercooler piping and intercooler out and inspect everything very closely.

I checked everything and hooked a shopvac up to all the pipes and the IC. Nothings clogged. How could an ignition problem make my IC pipes collapse?

The ignition will not make your ic pipe collapse but it can limit your boost as the spark is weak and it will just blow out under load..I had that happen to me just not long ago. make sure that you have good ground on your ignition parts..

well my boost isnt limited. Its just not there. When you hit the throttle the uicp collapses. This is getting out of control. What is the heck could be the problem. NO leaks, good turbo, and no blocks in the intercooler piping or IC.

I know how the damn thing works. Maybe you didnt read over all whats going on. Theres nothing clogging the intercooler. I can push air all the way threw it. Theres no boost leaks. It hold boost on the boost leak test. When you throttle body opens the uicp collapses. Right now im just running the car with the intake hooked up to the throttle body.

Move your point of entry from the TB elbow one section at a time back towards the turbo and you should find your problem. I suspect that the rubber hose is so weak that it collapses immediately before turbo is able to spool up which in term prevents it from spooling at all.

Also, you can't conclude that there are no restrictions in the intake tract simply because you can blow or draw air throught it. You are assuming that it's a complete blockage when in reality it's probably a partial blockage being out flown by your engine, couple that with a shitty stock rubber hose not designed to see vacuum, can very well cause symptoms such as yours.
