tested the car today for the first time since ive owned it. prior to testing all low inj seals were replaced along w/ biss screw o-ring. set up the test at 12 psi (2g bov
) had my brother put his hand over the crank case vent where a breather was and over the bov outlet which constantly purges. there was no hissing sounds like ive found in the past and everything was sprayed and passed as solid.
kinda sucks cause i like working on my car. even though its healthy it kinda sucks not having something to do when your hobby is mechanic work. is there something im missing? car held perfect at 12 psi on the regulator and im running stock boost w/ no MBC. I know theres seals inside the TB but im not gnna get into all that especially if i cant hear them at all from the outside.

. It is totally possible not to leak if the car is well kept in a great climate with low milage and not beat on. Stay on top of the maintenance and our cars run forever, neglect it just a little and you end up writing about all the trouble you have with these cars instead of how fun they are. Just my .02
