2G No BCS or MBC when I got the car, showing P1104

Its a 2g. The guy i bought the car from didnt' know what he was doing. I don't have a BCS or an MBC. Nothing hooked up to the wastegate or nipple on the intake. An have no stray lines, looks like he just took it all out.

What can i do to fix this? Is the only thing to buy a BCS? if so where?....oh and if anyone has pictures can you show me exactly where the BCS should be an what it should be hooked up to?

Get a mbc and hook it up to the wastegate. Do NOT get into high rpms/boost without a way to control the boost. You can hook the wastegate up to any unregulated vacuum(/boost) source on the intake/intercooler piping/turbo itself.
