no accessory power unless running

Ok this just randomly started happening yesterday.... When I turn the key to the on or accessory position I get no power to the accessories like radio etc etc. Also when the key is out and I open the door the seatbelt is supposed to move to the front or w/e but it doesnt, but if i start the car i get power to everything, but the radio will cut out sometimes and come right back on........... no blown fuses, and I havent touched anything electrical on the car in a long time other than uninstalling a wideband o2.

Sounds like your battery is almost done for, take a multimeter, set it on voltage and it should test over 12 volts. When you run your car the the alternator is helping power everything else.

Atleast this is what happened to me when my battery died, it wasn't but a day or two longer and that was all it had left in it.
