rear mount would be ideal, but it all depends on how I get it in the car, it may not be feasable
 
Don't put a fan on it. A radiator fan only helps cool at a non-moving idle. Study the geometry of the air ducting to the intercooler instead. And straighten the fins with a pair of tweasers.
