yeah... like on 1Gs... so why dont the 95s have it?

and, on 95s, should anything else be plugged into that area besides the knock sensor. Because I see some metal brackets right there, that aren't being used.
 
they have it they just put it somwhere else in 95-96 then in 97 went back to where it originally was.
 
The 95-96 CAS is located behind the Cam Gears I believe.

That is why you have to find get either a 1g or 2gB CAS when you do a 6 bolt swap.
 
According to my handy dandy Chilton's Repair Manual, that is a Camshaft Positioning Sensor. That same harness has connectors for the O2 sensor, the engine coolant temp gauge, the coolant sensor, the IAC motor, and the knock sensor.
