I have a 95 talon if i get a 96 or newer 420a will it work with my car? I know the 96 or newer is an obd2 motor are the sensors thr same?

well yes, the crank sensor is different and so is the coil pack plug, but the sensor and the coil pack are transferable as well so you should have no problems at all.
 
The engine will physically work with the car, yes.

Just transplant the sensors from the old block to the new block and you'll be all set. Don't mess with trying to adapt the sensors on the new block unless one of our current sensors is broke, or the plugs on the harness match identically.
