So i will be picking this udp up today but I feel as though its missing a "centerpiece." Is it? Or is everything there? Thanks!

don't buy it....I've had one on my neon 420A motor and you need the center piece Its worthless without the center and you no you can't use some washers either....save your money and pick up a brand new one...it'll save you a headache in the long run

no it is not all there there is a piece missing, the piece that is missing is the piece that get pressed on to the crank shaft.
