hey guys,

I'm trying to figure out what would be a best combo in terms of injector size and fuel pressure for tunning purposes. I'm pretty set on FIC 650cc's but am not sure if i should go bigger to 750cc's. Also I'm wondering what fuel pressure should i be looking at?

Here is what my engine related setup is:

-stock 7-bolt
-T04B V-trim
-walbro 255lph
-SAFC II
-MAFT
-spearco FMIC+ hard pipes
-RNR o2 dumping elim d/p + full 3" exhaust
-Aeromotive FPR
-Apexi AVC-D

What do you guys think?

Thanks

You can get by with 650s with your T04B V-trim IMHO. But I had marginal results with 650s and a piggy back. Not because i couldn't tune the suckers but because it is so hard to tune out the dead times of these larger injectors and because I was running crazy high timing. If you go 750s add dsmlink/eprom or dsmchips/eprom, etc. to your bill. or stickw ith the 650s and take the time to really study your logs.

Ive had great luck with my denso 660's, supra FP and a a 50 trim t3/t04e. My base FP is around 35psi with the hose attached. AFC settings are generally around -15 on pump and -20 on race gas. I could probably tune it better but it doesnt knock and the top end is sick so I don't mess with it much. I'm not sure how your smaller turbo would do with the same setup, you might have to lean it out more which will raise your timing with the AFC.
