I'm new to ecmlink an i was curious to if i'm on the right track with dialing in my idle? Also am curious on how to go about dialing in cruise with ecmlink? Any and all information goes highly appreciated thank you!

That is my idle log i messed with maf comb a little to get it to 26 on the air flow per rev. is this where it should be?

Your air flow per rev should be .25. Your injector size seems off, you have 650cc or 660cc. Link shows me 660cc. Your o2 sensor isn't cycling, you need it to be in closed loop.

Okay so i read the second link an he has a way of data logging actual boost with a map sensor so how would i be able to blend boost est with actual boost to get them to match since i don't have a map sensor?

They are 650's. My 02 sensor only cycles during cruise for some odd reason I'm trying to use my aem 6 in 1 but having difficulty setting it up with ecmlink.

it is set at the stock 2g fuel pressure both in ecmlink and afp regulator. It has ran like this on a keydiver chip for some time now. Should i set it back to stock 1g fuel pressure? So did you end up using a buffer with your aem wideband an what wire did you tap into? I'd like to tap into my stock o2 wire.

For your AEM WB tap into your o2 wire. I didn't need a buffer, I used my rear o2 wire(you don't have one just use your front 02 sensor wire). Set it up in Link as LinWideband display item and set the values up. The values may not be the same(should be close). Also use link to sim narrowband from AEM unit, the WB switch volts may vary(mine is 2.39).

Your should be fine with your fuel pressure if you have it set to the 2g 43.5psi.

Alright thanks, on the gauge it's self would i leave it on the p0 setting or do i have to change it to the p4? Does it look like my idle is set up decently or is there some more tweaking to do i have my idle set to 750 but it shows its staying around 680. Is this where i would mess with the dead time or should i leave it be?

Thank you i really appreciate all the help i will setup it up in the mourning. What do you think i should work on for my idle tune after getting the wideband installed? Also, idle should be around 14.5, 15 afr correct?

Your idle afr should be 14.7, a little lean won't hurt.
My LinWideband settings:
Min Voltage: 0.0
Min lambda: 0.69
Max Voltage: 4.99
Max lambda: 1.37

My wideband volt switch is 2.39(narrowband sim)

Well, right now the wide band doesn't read at idle it goes to the lean side an displays the lines this also happens with my keydiver chip. Thank you for the settings i will plug them in when i get the aem wired into the ecu. I was looking at the fuel sliders under ecu config an was wondering what exactly is their purpose? Is it used to fine tune the fuel for wot pulls?

I have it in a weld on bung toward the bottom side of the oil pan an right now im using the evo gsr tune from ecm tuning's forums just trying to learn how to fine tune it. It's running a little rich. About 10.5 afr. Thank you for the link it will help out a lot.

So i got my wideband hooked up an am now running narrow band simulation. My afr est is no where near the wideband an the wide band is only about .1 off from what the actual gauge is. Now that i have the wideband hooked up my combined fuel trim shot up around 28% what could cause this? Isn't it supposed to be around 0% at idle? what do i do to fix this? It really has me stumped. Thank you!

to get your combined fuel trim back towards 0%. You need to increase your injector deadtime. A positive combined FT means you need to increase your deadtime and a negative combined FT means lower your deadtime.

Alright, i will try that in the mourning. Now that i have the wideband in an set up when i hit boost I'm getting a afr of 10.1 i try to lean it out an it doesn't lean out any the car is running so rich it starts sputtering around 5500. I don't know how to fix this. Has anyone else had this issue? If so how did you fix it? Thanks in advance!

I would keep pulling fuel then. The aem wideband bottoms out at 10 so your probably rele rich. Post up a WOT log if you could.

There is a couple logs of some 3rd gear pulls i cant get over 4500, 5000 rpm because it runs so rich it starts bogging out. Is there settings i need to fix for my wide band to get this correct?

Id change your global fuel to a -34.8%. Also your idle seems to be a little low for my liking i usually try to get it around 1000rpm. Mess with your biss screw and get the idle set. Then take another idle log and look at the airfuel per rev(want it as close to .25 as possible) and combined FT(want it as close to 0% as possible) again. Worry about getting your idle dialed in correctly before you do your WOT tuning(have to learn to crawl before you walk LOL). Post another log if your having trouble.
