new to datalogging. . . care to help?

just got my mmcd software on my palm 105 - however I'm new to the datalogging/electronics tuning - I have a 3"gmaf/translator, and afc to tune with and now the datalogger - im not sure what numbers are good/ok to have and whats not - any and all help is welcome -

car has bad idle, press in the clutch and it gets worse cant seem to get it to level out - idle will raise sometimes at a stop and lower sometimes at a stop - never know

I just want to have my stuff set to a safe level right now so i dont have to worry about engine damage thanks

Same here I just got one and I want to know what type of numbers to be looking for.

Youd like to see 10 or less knocks and 15*-20* of timing advance with O2 volts .88 - .94V thru a 3rd gear pull up to redline.
