new tires?

hi i am new to the DSM family. i just bought some stock 1997 16' GS rims wit no tires. i was wondering which tires to buy, and what size they should be. note: Keep in mind i live in chicago and it snows..... thanks guys any help would be great ....

either check out www.onlinetires.com or go to a discount tire company, they will have some good recomendations. or do you want a seperate set of rims for summer/winter driving?

that is usually the best way in an adverse weather. good summer tires, good winter tires, no compromises!

With stock rims I would stay with stock tire size, 205/55/16.
