So after 2 years of sitting the Talon is now driving. Only problem is, the front drivers side and rear passengers side struts make a clicking sound.

I had someone watch the rear while driving, and apparently, the center bolt would go up and down when I went over bumps.

CV boots are perfect. I emailed KW and they said it could be that they need to be broken in, however that rear strut is making me a little uneasy. Everything is properly bolted down, and there is also a strut bar across both the front and rear.

If anyone has any idea's what it could be, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank You. :)

Sounds like a failed or improperly installed strut mount. Pull one of the suspect struts and see if the bearing is loose in the cup/race, if so, there's you're culprit.
