Resolved New ring and pinion?

Got my car running again for the first time in a year and took it for a drive yesterday. About 15 minutes in I started to get a clunking noise that changed in frequency with road speed, and was much more noticeable under low load and coasting. I've sheared ring gear teeth before and had the same symptoms so that's what I'm preparing for now.

Does anybody know if there is an aftermarket ring and pinion available? OE part number is MB185307 and I'm having difficulty finding one even in stock. This was a used rear end that I'd only put an additional 5000km on, can't believe I'm having failure already.

I'll be pulling the diff later today to determine for sure if I sheared a tooth/teeth but it sure seems like it.

Eric at JNZTuning should either have one, or be able to get one pretty fast, as they get trucks from Mitsubishi 2 - 3 times a week.

Nothing on rock auto unfortunately, I'll check in with JNZ though. Local Mitsubishi dealer said it's a discontinued item and anything left out there is just old stock.
