new rim idead what do you think?

so, finally got to painting one rim( too cheap to buy some) and I don't think it turned out to bad, I painted it graphite and the red on the lip is just red electrical tape, should I stick to it and do the rest?

you oughta put that wheel on your car and post up a picture, that way we could give you a better opinion on how it goes with your car

if you put the tape on better it wouldnt look as bad

i think those rims with a red lip would look sick on that talon

for a better look i would say mask up the wheel and the rim with what ever and paint the lip red, lil work but in the end it would look sick

Like i mentioned in the other wheel thread that's up right now... Make sure that if you want them to last have some one spray some eurathane (2 part) clear on them from a real automotive spray gun - the stuff is WORLDS better than puff can clear) High solids or 3-part clears have too hot of a chemical in the 3rd part that will wrinkle and lift your puff can job.

I've done LOT of puffcan work and cleareed with automotive clears and they ahve all lasted years,., i just did my wheels but i used real automotive gun paint for everything...

also give them 3 days before subjecting them to brake dust if you can as the clear when on thick will take 3 days or so to fully cure and after this the brake dust won't pit the clear up much at all ( it will be bad if you paint and put them right back on and drive, trust me on that one, seen it oo many times in the imports scene around here
