new o2 housing with turbo

Hey just out of curiosity has anyone ran into problems with hooking a new turbo up to your o2 housing? I know when you get a evo 16g you have to have an evo housing and i was wondering with any of these other common upgrades have similiar problems. I have a 3 inch o2 eliminator exhaust would fitting a big 16 g cause any problems that the install kit doesnt fix?
