Hello all,

I am new to the dsm world but I've been coming to this site for a long time. I purchased my first DSM about 3 months ago and have been modding strong since. Here's the current list:
Forge Motorsports BOV
Walbro 190lph fuel pump
Apex'i S-AFC
Apex'i Auto Timer
Autometer Boost Gauge
Autometer Oil Pressure Gauge
AMS boost controller
Upgraded spark plug wires(forgot exact specs)
Greddy 3' evo2 cat-back exhaust
Apex'i GT downpipe(not yet installed)
PLX wideband(not yet installed)
Precision disc style 680cc injectors(not yet installed)
Fidanza short-throw shifter(disappointed from this buy)

Anyway on to my question. When I was putting in my fuel pump quite a bit of fuel leaked out. The day after the weather went below zero. Now My back right tire will not freely spin. Also when I raise/lower my ebrake it feels choppy. Can anyone help? Something froze? Something broke??? Thanks in advance.
