New Jersey Electrical Work?

I wasn't sure which forum to post this in so i posted it here. I have a 95 GS-T with bad electrical problems, literally causing my car not to start. when i bought the car wires were spliced and my mechanic did the best he could to clean up everything. Wires were all over in the engine bay, and they are all over in the interior. didn't have tail lights, he had to wire them in, and i don't have windshield wipers, and now my car won't start cause some wires were loose near the ecu and my mechanic must have rubbed his leg against it causing some sort of malfunction.

does anyone around central jersey, or close in the central jersey area that does electrical work, possibly specific on dsms? i would REALLY appreciate it if anyone could help me out. I just built my car, and now its not running due to this.

Even though it would be a pain in the @#$ take the interior out of the car seats, carpet, dash and follow your ecu harness and find your problem it is probly something stupid, it will take a lil time, but get your manual and follow the wiring diagram to help you out on your issue save you alot of money than taking it to someone!
