new head, tapping like crazy noise

anybody do this, got the head done with new seals, and now it taps like no other, i got the crank, and the timing marks all on spot, but it has no want to rev up and taps worse than a diesil engine
 
First of all, I'd recommend proofreading your posts before submitting them. That one was pretty tough to follow.
If I were you, I'd probably just pull the head apart and check to see that everything's in spec. A number of valvetrain parts could cause tick one way or another.
 
i spoke with my friend who rebuilt the head, he said he thought it might do this being he cleaned the old lifters and they didnt feel good at all anymore, so were on our way to getting new lifters in, ill post how she runs when they are in, thanks
