Hey guys, I've owned my 1991 Laser RS now for about a month. I've been having some problems with it and came here in hopes of finding answers. Before I start I just want to say I did read as much as i could and well, I'm just frustrated so please, don't ban me if I missed something.
When I got the car i had the rpm surges and the turbo doing nothing until some point higher into the revs at which time it feels like i "hit a wall"...and actually both these problems were fixed before i came on these forums today. as I drove my car back into Los Angeles today the RPMs just dropped to 500 when i was at a light, and the car just started shaking. I'm wondering what could still be causing this. I've already lost and replaced the throttle screw so I know it isnt that. any ideas? I'm sure any replies I get will be links to some other thread, and if this is the case i apologize...i honestly missed it.
