New fuel pump now no fuel?

I recently just changed out the fuel pump in my 90 fwd. I also rewired the pump following the instructions it came with. I put about 3 gallons of gas in and tried to prime the fuel system. I only heard the pump kick on after cranking the engine over. No pressure according to the fpr, so I also changed out the fuel filter to an aftermarket one.
I've checked that the pump works through the relay by the battery but the system still doesn't have any pressure. Any ideas to what it could be?

I was thinking that too but hoping not. I put a hose clamp around the pump and assembly before I reinsatlled the sending unit. Maybe the rubber hose came off the pump to the fuel line.

Fwd sucks all the way around, changing the pump in my awd is cake compared to this.
