New Fuel Lines Needed with Bigger Pump

Newbie question...is it necessary to install new fuel lines if I upgrade to a Walbro
255lph Fuel Pump (High Pressure)? Also, does anyone know what the flow limitation of the stock injectors in a 98GSX are?

No you don't need new fuel lines.

What do you mean by flow limitations?

Their only 450cc. They could probably only handle a 15% jump in horsepower before getting to rediculous duty cycles. People will say different because, hey you can always just run them wide open right

Thanks.... For flow limitations, I think I was just looking for the 450cc number. I'm not sure if there is any way to know for sure with a Big28 turbo and everything ported, with 3" exhaust what the maximum boost that I could set and have the injectors not keep up....
but I could be wrong...I'm just not sure if you can figure this kind of thing with any exactness...

Not with any exactness unless you could measure injector duty cycle (i.e. DSMlink)

I would say no more than 15 IF you have a larger fuel pump. But that might be pushing it.

You can run 17-18PSI no problem on stock injectors with a fuel pump and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
