New Fidanza clutch installed. Clutch pedal pressure, help please

I just bought a set of Fidanza 3.2 clutch kit . I installed it last week. The problem is the pedal got tighter and tighter while driving, but it will get back to normal when the car is cool.
The mechanic did rotate the adjuster rod and adjust the upper travel stop to get free play; however, it doesn't work. RRE's Clutch And Flywheel Tech Info
I have changed 2 brand new master cylinder and 2 brand new slave cylinder; however, it still doesn't work.
what might cause this problem? Will it be possible the presure plate is defect?

if you have shimmed the tranny take the washers out of the pivot ball and make sure you adjust the hydraulic clutch b/c it is self adjusting jaskstransmissions has some helpful videos.

I did put a washer under the pivot ball when I change the clutch. I also take it out after the situation happened. But the pedal pressure still inconsistent after take it out.

I have this problem also. I have put about 5000 miles on this clutch and 85% of the time it is light and easy but sometimes it is very hard. I would love to find a solution to this.

I bought a new exedy clutch to swap it. After that, everything went normal. I didn't bleed it but the pedal feel normal. I sent the clutch back to Fidanza to let them check. They told me it's still ok and I have not broke in it. I asked them for money back and they are going to send the check to me.

That is kinda interesting. I will have to call them tommorow and talk to a tech.

I suffer similar issues with a Spec Stage 2+. Pedal feel is all over the place and changes with temperature and no amount of bleeding or pedal adjustment can solve it.

I've just been living with it for a couple years now.
