New clutch & flywheel install - now vibration in pedal

I just installed a Spec stage 3 6-puck clutch and Fidanza lightened flywheel. I'm about 350 miles into the break in, but I have a concern. I'm running 9 PSI right now for the break in, but whenever I let the turbo spool and then shift I feel vibration in the pedal when I press it and disengage the clutch. The higher RPMs/PSI the worse the vibration is felt. When shifting in vacuum, there is no vibration in the pedal. I don't think this is clutch chatter, and it may just be because i'm still breaking in the new clutch, but I was just wondering if this symptom is caused by something that is actually harmful.
 
Yeah it's a brand new Fidanza lightened flywheel...I doubt it could be bent.

I don't know if it's related to this vibration, but whenever I WOT it bucks REALLY hard once at peak RPM then goes back to normal. It does this in every gear at WOT and peak RPM.
 
You shouldn't even be boosting when you're breaking in the clutch. I've got the same clutch and flywheel and broke it in properly and I don't have that problem.
 
im having a the same problem with a relatively new clutch.... i dunno what the hell it is??
 
those are the classic symptoms of out of balance rotating assemblies.... if it doesn't go away and you have to take everything apart on it, i'd throw a dial indicator on it....
 
isn't the rule of thumb for breaking in a clutch is no boost durring break in?

When i broke in my clutch just drove like a powerwheel and not boosting at all. Everything great now. I still went up to 4k andwhat not just not on gas to cause pressure
