I just installed a new clutch and fly wheel, and when I lift off the clutch I hear a realy bad grind sometimes. Anyhelp would be great.

Act 2100, and Xact flywheel installed on a 97 GSX. I bleed the lines and the clutch pressure feels good?!?!?!

What throwout bearing did you use, OEM or ACT? Did you grease/lubricate it (or whatever your supposed to do)? I'd say its the TOB tho.

It came with the Act (throwout Bearing), but I don't think its the clutch at all now, I took it for a couple of more drives, I feel nothing in the clutch or gas or shifter. Its more like vibration chatter but so loud it sounds like its grinding....

I did take off the transfer case to get off the transmission, could it be that I didn't put the transfer case back on properly?!?!?

cool, ask and see if its something to do with transfercase! Thats where the noise comes from. Maybe I will take her into town if I have to. My radio doesn't work either so I wanna take it to circuit city.
