OK I just rebuild my engine with all the goodies and still breaking the motor in, I checked the plugs today and I just don’t know what to think from them I have never seen plugs this color before what do you think about it? Is it good or bad?

The plugs look to be ok. Thats about the color you want. I'm alittle concerned about what appears to be the signs of high heat though. Do you have an EGT gauge? The dark brown deposits usually indicate excessive combustion temperatures. However given it's a modified turbo car high combustion temps are normal. Just keep an eye on those EGTs.
 
Hard to tell w/your photo, but looks pretty normal. Should be tan colored. Yours do look a little more brown. Maybe from the fuel you're using,but I'd still say it's normal.

looks like the fuel you are using has additives... such as octane booster? they will discolor like that, and a bunch of other chemicals to bump octane points. The normal color is not exactly that dark but from the photo you posted I could be mistaken

wow man right on the money, I did put octane booster thats why maybe it so brown.
