I just got my new 2100+flywheel put in. My question is it doesn't engauge until 3/4 of the pedal is pushed in. Is this normal. Icant take off in first unless Im reving 1500 plus. Is this normal for break in period.
 
That isn't how my clutch broke in. the car drove like normal. The "break in period" is just the time it takes for the clutch and flywheel surfaces to mate properly. The clutch will slip a bit if you go WOT or start boosting in this period. They don't want you to really pound on the clutch because it is most likely to glaze over at this time because it isn't totally set. If you are banging gears then the clutch will probably slip because it is not mated yet. I would check you adjustment, the threaded rod behind the clutch pedal, because your clutch may not be fully engaging. when you say "it doesn't engauge until 3/4 of the pedal is pushed in" do you mean that it dosn't disengage until the pedal is pushed 3/4 of the way in? The clutch is engaged when the pedal is in it's normal up position. It is disengauged when the pedal is pushed down and you select a gear or do whatever. I would also check to see if your flywheel was stepped properly. it should be at 0.610 for an ACT. less step then this would cause a loss of leverage of the "fingers" and loss of clamping force, more than this will result in the clutch being over sprung and consequently a loss in clamping force.
If your pedal needs to be on the floor in order to disengage the clutch then you might be unknowingly riding the clutch whenever you "disengage" it because the friction plate is still heating up because the surfaces are contacting each other. If you have been riding the clutch for a while chances are that it is glazed over.
