new 1g tsi and seems like fuel cut at 10lbs boost.

ok i just got a good deal on a 90 tsi awd has a 16g turbo and boost gauge and mbc when the boost is at like 10lbs it seems like it has fuel cut, and i cnt run more than 10psi. i was wondering what i might have to check to solve the problem.

I would first check for a boost leak.

Yea you can make your own, or you can buy the one that some guy is selling on the classifieds for 18 dollars. When you say fuel cut do you mean your flooring it and then all of a sudden your carjerks and feels like you hit a wall?

yeah like that. but i think i found my problem my boost gauge was bad and wasnt reading the boost right.
