So, here is the story of how i let my drifting buddy drift my 95 AWD Eclipse GSX in the rain..... We were going up to WPB (west palm beach) to go watch the drift meets and meet up some people. We got to the road before the location of the meet and he decides to punch it and pull the ebrake and all that good stuff. Not knowing i guess that AWD you DO NOT COUNTERSTEER he did and car went over a medium and broke a piece of my wheel...
This happened about 3weeks ago and the tires still held air until today when i found myself driving on the palmetto expwy with a flat tire. On top of this my Friend apologized many many times and promised he would fix it . TOday He Left to the national guard... and i'm stuck with a spare tire on my gsx WHAT do you guys think?

That spare tire is the same exact size as all the others right?
Also drifting a AWD vehicle on public roads is extremely unsafe .

I think its a shame you let him drive your car, doesnt matter how much of a friend you thought he was, the result is rather typical.

There is very few ppl that id let drive my car ( My mom, my mechanic, and my best friend) only because I trust them with my investment and I know theyd fix it if anything happened. Otherwise, all the other "friends and associates" wanting to go take my car for a spin I tell them no.

Goodluck getting your rim fixed, dont let that slide, pressure him into getting you a new rim, hes in the national guard hes got money, and plus if hes a real friend hed fix it anyway.

its pretty beat that your boy would try drifting your car to begin with, id go find the new rim and have him order it for you.
