My favorite is the free flow designed merge colector to reduce turbulance, I'm guessing thier talking about the recirc merge and um last time I check 90° flow merger creates turbulance not reduceses

I use that housing. i have a whole review on it on here. ive had mine on now for a while with no issues yet. i even use godspeeds wastegate . the housing has been on my daily for a few months now, it fit perfect and hasent cracked or discolored yet. all in all it was a good buy for me!

Im sure a simple piece like that would be perfectly fine. The only downside is you cant bolt up a true 3" DP to it. But 2.5" is enough for quite a bit of power.
May i ask whats the problem with internal gating?

oh ya and do your self a favor if you get it. have someone weld the down pipe bolts to it because they are a pain to try and nut and bolt it all together while your laying on the ground. and my 3 inch down pipe bolted right up to it. the flange was big enough to cover the down pipe and i had no leaks.

Good info, i thought it wouldnt bolt up. Id buy it for sure then. Its good to go. I see the OP is on a 16g though and im wondering why not just port the hell out of the stock o2 housing. You'll get every gain you would from this mod with a 25$ carbide bit and a die grinder

unless he has the same problem i did. ebay 16g turbos some times have a messed up accuator that dosent open all the way no matter what you do or how much you port you still get boost creep. if thats the case i would just get a mhi. im saving for one right now. .

thanks for the info and input, I get boost creep even porting my o2 housing and hot side of the turbo, so my next thing in mind is o2 dump or external wastegate. the only thing I don't like about o2 dump is too loud on boost, so looking really to recirculated o2 housing with external wastegate. PR is way too expensive for me. i just want to get rid of my boost creep when running low boost.
