Need wiring diagram for US model 95 Talon w/o DRL.

I am a bit confused here and need a hand. The only wiring diagram I have is for 95-96 vehicles for Canada with daytime running lights... I currently have a 95 US model Talon that does not have DRL and am trying to track down where the most likley culprit would be...

When I have the headlights on the drivers side headlight is low beam only and the passengers side is both high beam and low beam.... When I turn the high beams on it swaps to the drivers side having both the high and low beams on and the passengers side having only the low beam on...

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

It sounds like a short in the harness/plug.
