NEED TORQUE SPECS!!

i have searched and cant find an answer.
i need the torque specs for...
4g63t
cam caps.
cam gears.
intake and exhaust manifolds.

please any help appreciated!

Have you consulted your manual? Chilton, Haynes, FSM perhaps?
