need Synchros for second gear in AWD tranny

ok so i bought this car from afriend of mine and the synchro for second gear is almost non exsitant. i was wondering if anyone could help me find an AWD tranny fairly cheap?

I hate to burst your bubble but thats not a cheap a fix and unless you know what your doing inside the tranny and even then its still not cheap. I recommend taking it to a tranny shop. You might wanna bite the bullet and get a rebuild to prevent further problems down the road.

You can try any of several transmission fluids that may help, such as Synchroshift, or Pennzoil Synchromesh- do a search.
