Where are you feeding the MAP sensor from, how long/short is the vacuum line, and is there anything teed into it?
the omni4bar is connected to the intake mani with about 4inchs of vac line and there is no tee on the line.

The "sputter" you describe at high boost sounds like compressor surge. Compressor surge under boost (NOT to be confused with what people often call "surge" when their BOV does not open properly after the throttle is closed) is very damaging to the turbo and occurs when the turbo is operated out of its efficiency range and near the surge line. This most commonly happens at high boost and lower airflows (lower RPM). The jagged Boost trace you're seeing from your MAP sensor in this case sounds normal and is a result of this compressor surge.

???? I don't understand what you are asking

Sorry I never saw your reply. What I meant was to power the 4bar sensor and measure it's output voltage while feeding it regulated air.... then find out at what point it gives 5v which would be the largest amount of air that sensor can reliably measure.
