2G need some boost help

I installed a mbc the other day and im up to 11lbs so I thought why not go higher. So I turned it up some more and I cant get it to go past 11lbs and I dont understand why. My motor is all rebuilt with less then 50k, and the turbo is new no shaft play whatsoever. Any help would be great thanks

Try switching the vacuum lines, turn your boost controller all the way down and see if that works. You do ha e one line from the mbc, to the wastegate and the other to a boost source correct?

Yes one is from the wastegate on the turbo and the other is going to the nipple under the inlet side on the turbo.

Picture of said MBC. Is it one with two nipples? Or 3?
