Well i had a pretty bad boost leak a couple days ago and did a boost leak test and found that the lower IC hose came off the bottom so had it put back together and it was running perfect. Driving last night i floored it and the same thing happened again so i took a look at the lower IC pipe and its still clamped on there and im not not making boost now. could this still be ic piping related. it looks like the pipe has swelled up and didnt go back to its normal shape. just trying to figure out if its time for hard pipe? i cant really see if the upper pipe is on there because i cant really access it. anyone help on this part?

Run a boost leak test.
If the LICP is ballooned out then most likely it burst.

Best case scenario : More boost leaks had developed.

Worst case scenario : You didn't finish the leak test last time around, killed the turbo boosting with boost leaks.

In any case, repeat the pressure test until you're able to pressurize the intake tract up to 20 psi.

ok ill give it a shot again. will this hurt my car if i drive it w/o attempting to spool.?

Yes and no, depending on how bad and type the leaks are because you could be pulling in un-filtered and un-metered air. If you have other means of transportation then don't drive it.
