ok so i have my engine out ready to do anything to it just need some help, what is something i should look into doing to it and what do y'all recommend on doing to the engine/car before everything goes back in?

What are your goals? What is it going to be for? What's the budget?
What parts are you planning on using? What do you have right now?
This is an incredibly open ended question you're asking. You need to have a goal to know how to build the engine.

What is "before everything goes in"? Do you already have replacement parts?

About the only thing basically every 4g63 should have nowadays but it still may not be absolutely necessary depending on how many times the head has been decked, is teardropping the oil feed hole on the head.

Everything else really depends on what you plan on building it for.

First things first: get the head, block, and crank checked. Figure out if you need a new/used crank or if this is still good. Get your journals mic'd.

I have 1990 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX with a 4g63t that I got from a doner car I just bought and I wanna rebuild it. I want it for street/performance.

I have all the gaskets seals and bearings for the crank and 650cc fuel injectors. I was just wondering what I should look into doing to the engine before I put the engine in.

Did you have the crank inspected and measured before you ordered new bearings?
Are you reusing pistons/rods? Has the block been checked for round or did it need to be bored? If so, you can't reuse earlier pistons.
Have you done an engine build before?
Not saying if you haven't you shouldn't, because evreyone starts somewhere, but it gives us an idea of your level coming into this.
