ok heres the history of my car. I have a 98 eclipse RS this is my sec time rebuilding my engine. My main Goal is to make my car a sprint I need the quick acceleration and the top speed or at least get my car to do 180mph or more. So I need advice with some performance parts that I'm gonna buy

welp Thats all I can think of at the top of my head so is the part list good for my goal or should I get rid of a couple of parts or should I just get an 2.2 stroker kit? if so do I need to bore out the block or what do I do with the block ? compression test, bore, hone or what? hers a pic of what my car is gonna look like when I'm done

I also need help with my Ecu, I'm not gonna put back the air conditioning and the power sterning. Now the Ecu has an sensor for the power sterning and the air conditioning and the washer fluid ect. Basically I want my Ecu either reprogrammed so that when I put in my new engine the only thing that I wanna see pop up is the check engine light for something important I'm also doing some weight reduction in the engine bay I got rid of the air conditioning hoses to. I heard that technosquareinc.com, Megasquirt.com works on Ecu but do they delete some of the Ecu codes?

I hope you have a lot of money!

One thing I would be potentially careful about is whether or not you want to do all this work on a 420a car, if you have the money just get a 4g63!

I hope you have a big wallet to do alll of this. 180mph or more?Wow.. Honestly dont waste your time with all of these parts on a RS including the turbo kit. Buying yourself a turbo car will put you closer to your goal financially unless once again you have a fat wallet.
