Need opinions quick Mustang guy is really pissing me off

Heres whats going on. This guy down the street has an 04 mustang gt 5sp. All he has is flowmasters with no cats, and CAI. This guy thinks its the baddest car on the planet. Every morning he drives by at about 5:00 when im trying to get a little more sleep before goinG to work. He revs his engine up and takes off. I live on a corner lot. Its really pissing me off. The other day he stopped in front of my house in a Ford Focus rental car and said to me, " I got something that will give you a good race." I told him to stop talking and put some money on it. He will get his car back in about a week, he said he had a warped rotor. He is so cocky, he told me and my brother that he will beat the shit out of both of our cars. Now my brother has a LT-1 with Magnaflow cat-back, and CAI, and drag radials. So anyways we will race him sometime soon so I wanted to see what you all think about the outcome. I wanted to check with the people here before I bet maybe $300 on it. And I know that this is all the guy has on his car, he's a total idiot. Hes 22 years old and his mommy bought him this car and his mods. Ive seen in it he doesnt have anything hidden. He also has shitty tires. Anyways I will probably race him from a roll cause ill just see him on the road, but my brother said he wanted to race him from a stop. Let me know what yall think. Thanks a lot.
